Your day to day:Performs data build configuration, software rollout and support integration activities requested by planning and delivery teams. Makes sure all data loading activities are done according with existing procedures, with minimal impact for customers and under agreed SLA&KPIs.Checks that necessary preventive and corrective second level troubleshooting processes are in place, ensuring quality and service restoring times for network elements.Thanks to the experience in the 2nd Line role and the coding skills, he is able to create and maintain automation solutions for 2nd Line Network Operations activities targeting the optimization of operational process effectiveness and efficiency. With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business:• Drive root causes analysis to identify corrective actions, including vendor support escalation, in order to achieve service and performance levels restoration.• Perform proactive maintenance activities to prevent incidents and constantly optimize the network.• Evaluation and implementation of network changes ensuring quality of service and avoiding regression on network functionalities.• Assist Field engineers and Network Deployment department during integration and on site activities with particular focus on special events• Participate in the problem identification/error resolution process, including tracking, repairing and reporting defects.• Design, develop and test complex integration and automation process solutions using latest technologies.• Develop software as part of an agile team with “short iterations and frequent releases”. • Remain up-to-date in terms of current (and future) technologic trends.• Ability to share best practices and code standards to the team.• Knowledge sharing in order to increase technical skills of other teams involved in deployment and operations activities in the network.• Participate in development process, including constructing and maintaining efficient, reusable and reliable configurations within robotic process automation software and tools.• Participate in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and user acceptance testing.• Create and maintains technical design documentation to support development.With these skills, you are a great candidate:• Knowledge and experience in telecommunication services and technologies;• Analytical thinker, familiar with complex technologies, programming languages and data and is used to adapt confidently to different applications, platforms and systems• Knowledge with relational and non-relational databases (including scripting language).• Scripting, command line and operating systems administration knowledge – Windows, Unix• Passion for building great products and focus on customer satisfaction;• Good communication skills, with proven ability to work cross functional teams to translate business issues into potential analytics solutions• General knowledge of a mobile network architecture (GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G, Microwave, Security Gateway, Transport, IP/MPLS);• Knowledge on Object oriented programming language (Java, C++, Python).• University degree: faculty of Electronics , Telecommunications and Information Technology or equivalent;• 1-2 years of experience in Telecommunication; Sounds like the perfect job?
