Requirements:

Low/high poly modeling

Materials/Shading knowledge

Texture Unwrapping/Baking

Creating/Modifying animations

Rigging/Setup

Extra credit:

Zbrush or other sculpting tools knowledge

TopoGun or other retopology tools knowledge

Photoshop basic knowledge

Knowledge of organic (humanoid) modelling techniques
