We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Finance team in Cluj-Napoca office as Accounting, Finance & Risk Analyst.

Responsibilities:

  • Redesign and maintain the PS Ops Sharepoint Page
  • SalesForce Work Order tool : control WO records and according opportunities SAP + report discrepancies
  • Reporting & Analysis on SFDC data
  • Closing Preparation & Closing Final Reports
  • Support the monthly financial close (Contractors’ cost accruals, check overtime, …)
  • Assist team with new initiatives / process improvements & ad-hoc Reporting needs
  • Back-up for reports generation (i.e. new sales report) & Billable travel expense process
  • PS HC analysis - Be the SPOC for HR related issues
  • Gather, centralize and follow-up on IT Tickets for PS Ops (i.e. new PMs)
  • SOD roles verification
  • Fulfill Current non PS Requests (i.e. release/close projects)
  • Document processes and write training material

Qualifications and Skill Set

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent training or experience
  • At least 2 years experience within Finance/Accounting department
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software, strong MIS skills
  • Fluency in English
  • SAP FI module would be an advantage.
