AR Clerk in Bucuresti

The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible to provide a full HR administration service to the HR department and to internal departments. Represents the company in relation with distributor, partners, end user, in contact for business.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Sales invoice/billingCustomer cash collection managementResponsible for 1 or 2 sub-regions within EMEA and APJ of Veeam GroupActive involvement in monthly closing activitiesRevenue Recognition supportSupport during external annual audits in AR related queries and reconciliationsBack-up the colleague in EMEA or APAC whenever requiredAny other task assigned by the managerRequirementsQualificationsBachelor’s Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered.)Previous experience –Finance with 1-3 years of experience.Experience in using ERP and CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce etc..)Demonstrated ability to prioritize, identify business problems, and demonstrate proposed solutions.Excellent communication skills, with knowledge of basic business research tools.Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc)Fluency in EnglishIn Return You Can Expect:To work with great team members, who are as passionate as you!To have an impact – you will contribute to our growth!To have the autonomy and all you need to deliver the best results!You will learn a lot and your professional development will be a priority!You will contribute to Veeam’ s Culture
