KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Brand awareness activities• Brand presentation and market research• Technical support for distributor’s branches and their end-customers• Direct technical/ diagnostic presentation to distributor’s branches and end-customers• Regular visits at distributor’s branches for commercial/ technical presentations• Regular visits at workshops/ services to promote Delphi products• Commercial telephone support of customers using appropriate diligence• Attendance at trade events at national and international levels• Fully accountable to the company’s sales and marketing strategy• Develop specific annual sales budget and related sales actions for given markets and customers following where available the objectives of a business planExpected skills & competencies• Experience in a similar position for minimum 3 years• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, both in native language and English.• Ability work independently and remotely as part of the sales & distribution team to define and execute business strategy and tactics• Knowledge of assembly & other types of manufacturing processes• Lean tools knowledge• Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point)• Good knowledge of EnglishPreferred• Industry Experience • Analytical skills.
