We are looking for an ambitious and experienced  SENIOR/MID level BUSINESS ANALYST  to join (as employee or contractor) our professional and passionate team. Requirements +5/+3 years of experience as a business analyst Analytical mind that can break down complex problems into solvable components Ability and experience to translate client needs into functional specificationsto communicate easily and clearly with clients and IT teamto understand and explain business process to developers Good knowledge of Agile methodology Experience creating and clarifying agile User Stories Ability to conceptualize automation around processes Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Word, Excel,…) Good command of English, both written and spoken with the ability to participate in English-only meetings Responsibilities Lead analysis of business processes, procedures, data, and rules Facilitate and drive requirements gathering sessions Obtain and collect requirements using interviews, research, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, task and workflow analysis Transform business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications Construct workflow charts and diagrams Document clients’ business requirements Evaluate automation solutions processes Improve procedures to support the transition to automated processes Participate in the solution design, support development and testing We Hope You Also Have Knowledge in financial/capital markets and investment banking Experience with IT projects in a financial industry It would be an advantage: RPA framework experience Experience with automation software platforms (e.g., UiPath) Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Ecosystem apps Basic knowledge on Microsoft SQL General knowledge on how API’s work.
