Business Analyst Oracle deployment P2P stream (PO AP)- - - - - - - - - - - -The Business Analyst Oracle will:Ensures that project is proceeding according to timelines, meeting targets and expectations, and adhering to established operating parameters; alert on changes in project resources as necessary to achieve objectives and timelines.Navigate through ambiguity, coordinating multiple project assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, accepting ownership and accountability of the process and delivering on commitmentsWorking closely with relevant contributors (GPO’s, Process Experts, Local Business, IT, etc) on project actions to achieve project objectives.Clearly define the required resources needed for the delivery of the actions within the project (estimation of contribution, engagement of specific contributors) provide needed input for the preparation for detailed business case based on sound and substantiated business and financial assumptions and information gatheredEnsure the oversight and coordination of dependencies across the project for the relevant stream and take actions to mitigate any overlapping and conflictsWorks with relevant stakeholders to ensure project team obtains the insights it needs at the quality and granularity it requires for planning and executionDevelop an overall understanding of the business analyzed, process, system and organization on the area of responsibility, to understand and correctly asses the potential “customer” impact of the changesReasonably assesses the risks for each initiative and action from the project roadmap per relevant stream and the impact of potential delays and changes on the actions from his/her area of responsibilityMonitor, manages priorities and escalates all topics relevant to his/her area of responsibilityPrepares periodical monitoring reports to make visible status of actions per streamPerforms and coordinates testing and corrections with all contributors, to fine tune project requirementsDrive the change management process as per Change management plan, plan, execute and coordinate change management action, provide support to end users as per plan definedAny other topic or task asked by line manager​Operational:The standard processes are implemented, in line with the project expectations and internal control requirements.
