Business Controlling is responsible for driving the future profitability of the business with detailed cost and price knowledge.
The main goal is to understand, evaluate and track the development of the manufacturing costs and sales price and drive the achievement of the target costs to secure the economic future of the business.

As a Business Controller, your responsibilities will imply:
 

• Calculation for all customer responses (e.g. request for quotes, change requests) in all project life phases;
• Product Cost Calculation from Innovation, through Acquisition and Development phase until SOP;
• Support Project Managers with financial navigation;
• Cost tracking during the development phase;
• Gap Analysis between Plan and Actual costs;
• Facilitator of the CRP (=cost reduction process) and Function Cost Analysis;
• Make vs. Buy calculation;
• Support the Plant Cost Structure Analysis;
• Creation of transparent and comprehensible Management Summaries and Presentations;
• Sales Support during Customer Cost Discussions.
• •Academic degree in Economics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering


• Advanced knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken);
• Several years of professional experience and technical understanding and/or financial and business knowledge;
• Experience in project management is considered an advantage.
