Novares is looking for its Product Development department his/her future Business Manager (M/F), located in MIOVENI MI-PLFinalityIncrease the profitability of serial and spare products of the plantMain Missions- Management (technical and commercial) of modifications - Follow-up of raw material variations - Follow-up of productivy plan (va/ve and commercial) - Follow-up and validation of prices changes - Follow-up of amortisation- Ensure customer satisfaction - Follow-up of our performance (cost, quality, logistics...) and support other departments to solve issues- Support our accounting department in cash recovery/payment - Identify business opportunities and risks - Reporting (weekly, monthly)Purpose- Contribute to increase the profitability of serial and spare products of the plantEssential job functions- Manage technical and commercial modifications - Realize raw material variations follow-up - Prepare and organize productivity plan follow-up - Realize and validate prices changes and amortization follow-up - Ensure customer satisfaction - Monitor our performance (cost, quality, logistics...) and support other departments to solve issues - Support our accounting department in cash recovery/payment - Identify business opportunities and risks - Reporting (weekly, monthly) Abilities- Interpersonal skills, including negotiation - Strong knowledge of project management processes for governance and tracking Candidate Profile : Level of Experience: Executive Type of Contract: CDI - Permanent contract Required Travel: N/A All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, political orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
