In particular: Purchase of material or services. Manage all types of requests and orders for your business. Scouting suppliers. Responsible for negotiating supply contracts with a high saving percentage compared to the expected job budget. Place orders taking into account the optimal price, delivery times and quality. Insertion and order issues in SAP. Evaluation and management of suppliers of raw materials, finished products, machines and plants, services with quality and compliance checks with respect to technical specifications and contractual conditions. Problematic management (delays, changes in material specifications and any other variant with respect to agreed terms) and disputes. Periodic monitoring and progress reports on supplies, transport, installations, quality control with on-site inspections, management of any unforeseen events, delays, disputes. Document production and execution of competency reports, task execution, and project close result reports. Experience in the job and especially in the Oil & Gas sector. Technical diploma or degree. In-depth knowledge of SAP. Advanced knowledge of the English language.
