As an Analytics Manager in the Food delivery campaigns team, You’ll be leading campaign spending decisions, working with a variety of stakeholders between local and central teams to tie together a cohesive campaigns strategy and determining the right spend decisions to drive sustainable growth and balance marketplace dynamics.
Your daily adventures will include:
Build the campaigns strategy for Bolt food, collaborating with stakeholders across incentives, product, operations and sales
Define operational processes for campaigns management and set these up from the scratch
Hire, scale and nurture a team to manage day to day campaigns operations and strategy in the food vertical
Collaborate with regional and country managers in the food vertical to define campaign spending decisions and optimise these decisions to help the team reach their growth targets
Work with your team to wrangle complex data-sets to come up with testing hypotheses, setting up A/B tests (and other experiments) and analysing results using statistical techniques in order to guide your decision making
Identify new opportunities to expand offer and feature set and work with product team for implementation
We are looking for:
BSc in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or Business
At least 6 years work experience, in analytical and strategy roles dealing with large data sets and complex frameworks
Experience managing a team of analysts and delivering through others
Experience in consulting, pricing/discount strategy and/or food delivery is a plus
Solid grasp of statistics and experience with A/B testing. Experience with other experimentation techniques is a plus
Amazing SQL and Excel skills. Experience with Python or R is a plus
Experience with some BI tools and data visualization like Tableau, Power BI or Looker
Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strategic thinker, capable of seeing the big picture with an innate ability to work in analytic detail as required
Fluent in English
