Consultant Bucuresti, Romania Permanent contract Innovation / Project / Organization Apply Responsibilities We are seeking to hire a skilled Consultant who will take part in Group transformation projects for clients in an international context. S/he will at the forefront of internal client relations under the supervision of a mission leader and may be given missions in any of the business lines, corporate divisions or subsidiaries of the Group. The role will be in the Transformation Office perimeter, Consulting Team (Consult To TransForm – CTF). What you will do: Take part in missions in organization, optimization and change management, complying with the ethics of GSC Transformation Office/ Consulting in order to optimize the productivity, profitability, efficiency and competitiveness of the entities of the SG Group to provide better service to end clients; Contribute to internal missions to make activities more professional and capitalize on and sustain expertise; Provide added value to the client in carrying out duties; Take part in department activities (training, offers, team meetings, etc); Has a duty to report to Transformation Office /Consulting management; Profile required 5 years of higher education: Engineering or Business School, MBA; 3 to 5 years consultancy experience (strategy, transformation, change management) or member of staff with 4 to 6 years project management experience; Advanced level of English and French, both written and spoken; Advanced skills of MS Office (Excels / Word & PowerPoint); Excellent client interaction skills, collaborative work style, strong interpersonal and team skills; Result oriented, high flexibility and work autonomy; Strong analytical and organizational skills; High ethical standards and integrity; Why join us At SG GSC, you will find a flexible workplace and culture, autonomy, constant learning opportunities, dynamism, and talented people, making this experience a real career accelerator.
