Tasks
- Advise our customers in the implementation of demanding projects in the area of Salesforce (Sales, Service or Marketing Cloud) in a national and international environment
- Use your expertise in Salesforce and configuration options of the relevant clouds and their extensibility by means of customer specific development
- Analyze and design business processes in the sales, service, or marketing area together with the customer in workshops and implement them with Salesforce solutions
- Customizing Salesforce standard functionality to meet your specific needs, such as Apex solutions or Visual Force or Ampscript
- (partial) Project Manager to do’s
- Participate in the further development of the MHP consulting portfolio
- Support of the acquisition process in the context of Salesforce
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the area of customer experience and Salesforce implementation in one of the clouds mentioned
- Successfully completed projects with Salesforce (sales, service or marketing)
- Knowledge in requirements analysis, professional and technical conception and realization of customer-specific solutions with Salesforce
- Very good English skills, German is a plus
