Country Manager, Romania in Bucuresti

Job Purpose: We are looking for a Country Manager in Romania who will be responsible from the overall country Operations and P&L, reporting into the South East Europe, Managing Director. The Country manager will work with the local team to deliver country growth , through strong leadership, strategic relationship management with our partners and vendors. Responsibilities:Deliver the Yearly set Targets working closely with the local TD Synnex team as well as our partners and vendors, Develop sales strategies to accelarate the growth through identifying the strategic priorities for the country. Continuously develop relationship with vendors to be added to our local Linecard. Manage the P&L and Provide accurate forecasts vs. the annual plan with key pipeline and risk mitigation plans.Recruitment, management and retention of local talentRepresent the country mainly in local event and in regional meetings (on requirement basis)Create a winning culture by motivating, coaching and developing the team, ensuring the team have the required level of skills and knowledge to perform against their roles and responsibilitiesCooperate with EMEA and East Region co-workersInfluence internal stakeholders to ensure the Company maintains outstanding service levels to its customers in Sales, Operations, Reporting, Customer Service and Credit.Maintain close relationships with senior stakeholders in key customers and vendorsExploit business growth with route to market strategies and key market influencers.Work closely with Marketing in order to inrease the perception in the market as well as put our value add forward in the local market for our partners and vendors.Display professionalism and role model behaviour at all times, upholding the TD SYNNEX valuesActively participate in the South East Europe leadership team.
