You will be exposed to projects that develop your skills and allow you to progress your career.Preparing weekly outstanding amounts and reports for monthly clothingReconciling complex accounts that have been escalated from the AR teamMonitoring debtor balances and resolving problems in relation to invoice paymentsSupport and collaborate with our Global Service Centre to ensure activities are delivered according to expectations (time and quality) and corrective actions are identified for continuous improvement purposesConducting credit checks on new customers and approves the credit limitsEnsuring Group credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within your teamEvaluate customer risk, set, and amend credit limits according to the procedure and using the scoring tool available. Anticipate and alert management (both financial and commercial) of any major riskMaintain the contact bank in ordinary operation (payments checks, payment credit notes, etc) with the home banking support.Is the lean connection between different departments as is assigned by direct superior; promptly reports to the direct superior to the other departments anything not complying with law in force, the internal procedure of the Company, the Group or what directly is provided by direct superior.Assist and collaborate with all colleague form own OPCO and from the other Group organizations, with all stakeholders, external consultancy companies and others Group entities. One day per week will travel to Bucharest headquartersFinance/Economics university graduateFluency in English and RomanianExperience in accounting process in multinational environment (knowledge up to trial balance is a plus)Familiarity with SAP and good skills in Ms Office package, with focus on ExcelPatience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situationsAnalytical skills and thorough attention to detail, multitaskingExcellent communication and negotiation skillsHighly organized and structuredAbility to work independent and to take decisionsPersistence and determination, high integrity
