Credit management & Controlling analyst in Bucuresti

Main responsibilities:Being member of Finance Controlling team;Perform monthly, quarterly and annually internal controls assigned for Order to Cash - Credit management, in line with corporate requirements;Monitor customer receivables levels and perform collection activities & customer account verifications/reconciliations;Analyze customer accounts and contact customers to collect overdue receivables;Perform issues investigations working closely with Sales, Customer Service and Accounting team;Customer incoming payments allocation in SAP;Support month end closing activities such calculating and posting SAP journals (Bad debt provision, allocations & reclass journals)Credit limit calculation in line with group policyPrepare, update and submit various collection reports and aging of receivables (Forecast receivables, Overdue report);Review and release sales orders on credit hold;Support trade spend management process in accordance with business commercial policy and group guidelines;Assist with other various local projects and offer audit support.Preferred qualificationsAcademic background in Finance/Accounting/Economics;Minimum 2 years experience in Finance/Accounting/Audit/ Credit Controlling field;Previous experience in SAP Order to Cash (Credit) might be considered an advantage;Advanced MS Excel skillsAdvanced English language knowledge requiredWhy Consumer Healthcare?Right now, we’re on an incredible journey as we prepare to become the first independent, 100% focused consumer healthcare company.
