Your responsibilitiesSeek and track customer feedback for products delivered by our teamMonitor organization level response times per customer requestsCoordinate responses to customer inquiriesCoordinate creation of Statements of Work for area that apply to our organizationDrive best practice spreading among teams to increase customer loyalty.Your teamThe Vehicle Control and Networking Software Solutions team in NXP Automotive Processing (AP) Software Organization is a team of experts in the design, development and delivery of optimized software solutions for NXP processors. Contributions of the team cover embedded software for high-performance compute and real-time applications, spanning bring-up, boot, core OS development, drivers, virtualization, security, benchmarking, service-oriented gateways and electrification solutions.You will report to the manager of the Vehicle Control and Networking Software Solutions team and you will work closely with Product Owners for delivered software products and Customer Program Managers.Your profileYour experience in the following areas is important to ensure your successful contribution and career development:Customer bi-directional communication, including active listeningIdentification of key parameters that drive the integration experience for each customerProactive tracking issues and actions to closure in agreed response timeAchieving results in a multi-cultural environmentExcellent English communication skills (speaking & writing)The following skills are considered a plus:Technical background in embedded systemsProject management background with direct customer interactionUsage of low-code instruments for automation of repetitive tasks.
