- Manage the information and resources in terms of sales tools (people, product presentations, initiatives info etc.)
- Deliver specific KPIs
- 3rd party collaborations managementManagement of the beauty advisors for the color category & merchandisers for non-color category – people changes, respect the given number of hours / budget, keep the collaboration with the respective agencies, prepare reports regarding the activity and evolution of the resources (BA/merchandisers)Manage the budget for the BA/merchandisers – fit in the budget assigned, prepare POs for invoicing, keep the budget tracking file up-to-date
- Prepare listing info for launches, in collaboration with the local/regional team – digital file, logistic file, ingredients list, presentations etc and share them monthly with the sales team
- Share with the BA/merchandisers teams the innovations
- Update electronic catalogues, together with the agency, based on the info gathered from the local or global teams and share them with the sales team and BA/merchandisers
- Execution of Color activities according to the company priorities and approved strategy
- Any other job related tasks that might be assigned during day-to-day work
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- University degree
- Experience min 2 years in Customer/Trade Marketing
- fluent English language (oral & written)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
