Our service and delivery is the reason clients will continue to invest in our products and service.In this role you will execute against specific client support related activities, compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales data, writing client reports, and constructing presentations. Focus is to create high levels of client satisfaction by delivering accurate and insightful responses that contribute to client outcomes. Key AccountabilitiesWork with day to day contacts at the client, contributing to the achievement of client satisfaction targetsResolve client inquiries related to databases and other key aspects that impact client deliverables and liaise with internal teams as necessaryProvide training to clients on Nielsen tools and solutionsAnalyze and interpret sales data + One Nielsen portfolio dataDeliver final reports and presentations (category overview as well as issue based) building a story and final recommendationsLead client meetings and presentations over the phone and in person Independently discusses analysis design to best answer client questions with business partner/clientContinue to broaden knowledge of client business issues and needs, Nielsen services and broader industry Required SkillsHigh level of client service skillsUnderstanding of growth and brand strategyExcellent analytical skillsStrong communication skills & visualization skills – interested in storytelling techniquesKnowledge with Microsoft Excel, PowerPointStrong Organizational & interpersonal skillsStrong Business English knowledge, both verbal and writtenNative speaker in Romanian language Education & Experience Requirements:University degree or equivalent experienceStrong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills3+ years experience in Marketing Research We offer you
