Answer to general inquiries about company and customs services by telephone in a professional manner; Establish and maintain excellent relationship with customers in order to ensure that the best quality service is offered; Deal courteously with customer queries and complaints about the clearance process; Provide telephone trace requests related to clearance activities from customers and other DHL stations; Provide accurate information regarding export and import clearance procedures. Do you have what it takes? Excellent communication skills; Very good Customer Orientation; Ability to work under pressure; Very good level of English and Romanian; Good PC skills.
