This includes controlling remote jobs, technical support and other service requests. The team is always looking for further improvements in processes, procedures and ways of working.Partner with the bestAs a Drilling Services Application Engineer, you will deliver flawless execution through involvement in pre-planning, job execution, and post-job analysis. This position works seamlessly together with the Service Delivery Coordinators and other resources across organizational boundaries to ensure all aspects and constraints of the applications are understood and have been considered.As a Drilling Services Application Engineer, you will be responsible for:· Ensuring compliance with manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process.· Working with the assigned Service Delivery Coordinator/Salesperson to understand the client’s well construction or production objectives.· Design well profiles and perform applications engineering task including risk mitigation plans and contingency plans, that can meet the client’s objective(s), maximize revenue potential and ensure future job assignments for Baker Hughes· Providing Torque & Drag, Wellbore Hydraulics calculations to the client· Working on Field Incidents related to products/services.· Participating in Incident Investigations when required, ensuring the end to end process.· Handling special projects as required.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:· Have a B.S. in science, technology, engineering or mathematics.· Have minimum 5 YRS of experience in Well planning/ Applications engineering roles within Drilling Services.· Be able to speak and write in English (advanced level).· Have excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
