Our Exciting Opportunity  We are now looking for a E2E Service Expert to be responsible for an overall execution of the new Operation Model, having multi-technology, multivendor knowledge and end-to end understanding of the Mobile Networks architectures legacy or Cloud based. As a main responsibility, in this role you will drive and support end-to-end multidomain customer projects implementation and transfer into the MS responsibilities, continues end-to-end service and automation improvementsYou will  Enable the creation of a pool of service level experts within Operate Networks as the focus of business moving from maintaining domain KPIs to enhancing end to end service KPIs for the customersThrough a direct connection with all the PDUs will participate in the new features tests,Propose improvements of the existing features and suggest new ones according to the needs resulted from the day to day operations.Execute local  Strategy Infrastructure Product (SIP) Life Cycle Management  (LCM) activities concerning new or enhanced service and resource deployment according to the detailed design project produced by the Planning and Engineering taking in consideration the specific requirements of Ericsson  Customer when specific product or service knowledge is required.Act as expert in Multi Technology & Domain, using cross domain and end-to-end view competencies, will take the driver role of the overall automation in customers networks, covering end-to-end tasks, processes, tools.Lead the investigation in case of the multi domain troubleshooting.
