Responsibilities: Establishing the procedures regarding the EH&S System, organizing, leading and carrying out the work process in order to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases. Coordinating the implementation and maintenance of the Environmental, Health and Safety Management System; Training, evaluation and approval of staff at the beginning of the employment process regarding environmental issues, safety, occupational health and emergencies; Assessing the level of risk of occupational injury and illness, proposing appropriate prevention measures that will make up the annual safety and health program; Verification of annual prevention programs in the field of environmental protection, emergencies and occupational safety and health; Checking all situations that may occur in the work process, likely to cause accidents at work and occupational diseases and keeping records of accidents at work and occupational diseases; Proposing sanctions in case the work safety requirements are not followed in the organization / technological processes in all workplaces; Preparation of documentation necessary to obtain plant operating permitsSafety & Enviromental permits; Elaboration of local instructions regarding the application of environmental and work safety norms at all workplaces; Verification of technical and organizational measures for the operation of technological installations in safe conditions; Verification of the classification of the noxious substances within the limits of harmfulness allowed for the workplace; Assessing the need of equipment and PPE; Coordinates the activity of CSSM providing specialized technical assistance during meetings and inspections; Observance of the attributions from the Annex made according to art. 15 of the Updated GD. Mandatory requirements: Graduate technical studies;Higher level of training in the field of occupational safety and health;Experience in EHS of at least 3 years;Postgraduate risk assessment course of at least 180 hours;English - advanced.
