You will be responsible for assisting our Renewal Success Analysts with reporting, workloads assignment, complex SaaS renewals & operational activities. You will be responsible for the assignment of internal workloads, Corporate reporting, progress reporting, data quality and general renewals ATR issues.The Reporting and Data Quality Specialist is an individual with exceptional organizational skills, attention to details, great multi-tasking capabilities, an avid problem solver and has the ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines. REPONSIBILITIES: · Act as a point of contact for SaaS Renewal processes and queries. · Support the Renewal Success Analysts with complex queries and data quality issues · Manage the Renewal Success Team reporting process · Act as knowledge expert in ATR related issues and support Business Operations & Finance · Ensure fair workloads assignments within the Team · Work across various departments to resolve problems, ensure timely renewals and high levels of customer satisfaction. · Innovate and improve reporting processes in order to expand capabilities of developing the Team’s needs and requirements · Understand order to cash processes and product pricing. ACCOUNTABILITIES / SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS: · Ability to collaborate and communicate with different stakeholders · Excellent Excel skills – capable of handling reports with 100.000+ entries · Great analytical thinking and data management · Master of complexity – the ability to solve the most complicated scenarios with ambiguous details · Patient and focused on the task at hand, always maintaining the highest standards of quality over quantity · High levels of energy, passion, creativity and enthusiasm · Excellent communication and operational skills · 2+years of experience in admin, reporting, or sales support functions · Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands · Bachelor’s degree in Finance or IT related discipline · Fluency in English and any of the languages such French, Spanish, Italian, and Arabic etc. is an advantage.Detailed Description and Job RequirementsProvides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes. Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures. Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. Relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 2 plus years relevant work experience.As part of Oracle's employment process candidates will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment screening process.
