Requirements:
- University degree (technical engineering or food industry)
- 5+ years experience as a Project Manager in FMCG or Industrial Engineering
- Experience in people coordination
- English knowledge -advanced
- MSOffice – advanced
- Strategical and innovative thinking
- Proactivity, identifying solutions and results orientation
- Organizing and planning skills
- Communication skills
- Negotiation skills
Job description:
Scope:
The Project Engineering Manager is responsible for managing the project team who ensures that all capital projects delivered are technically fit for purpose and meet the statutory requirements.
Will coordinate projects with major complexity .
Will coordinate internal and external teams to identify the most adequate equipments and cost effective methods for implementation to overcome unpredictable obstacles in a various of constrained situations.
Will coordinate local projects and multidepartmental teams
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the projects
- Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develops project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensures resource availability and allocation
- Develops detailed project plans to track progress
- Proposes and implement projects with impact in business unit capabilities and influences directly brewing results through the quality of the implemented projects
- Understanding the technical requirements and integrating various functions for achieving project objectives
- Involves stakeholders into decision making, communicates regurarly project status, communicates intensely with contractors and impacted departments and participates to negociate both financial aspects and project terms
