Equipment Engineer Associate in Oradea

Purpose Statement: The Equipment Engineer Associate responsibility is to evaluate, inspect, analyze and improve various types of equipment. Testing an overseeing the possible over usage and deterioration of parts from equipment, as well as performing extensive and complex repairs on existing equipment regarding malfunctions. Key Job Accountabilities: Provide technical support of plant-wide equipment advanced repairs, troubleshooting, electrical, electromechanical, mechanical, motors, pumps, vacuum and hydraulics issues by accordingly developing immediate corrective actions Identify, recommend, innovate, develop and implement improvements, upgrades, changes, expansions and additions to enhance equipment reliability and performance Innovate and develop cost-reduction initiatives regarding equipment malfunctions while still maintaining quality and productivity Create, innovate and develop the repair of fixtures and tooling device used for manufacturing or equipment operation using internal capabilities Additional Accountabilities: Investigate the root cause of equipment failure Monitor equipment performance Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures Proficient in CNC machine programming/operation as well as manual machining equipment Participate in work meetings called by immediate superior Follow up on corrective actions (CAR) Minimal travel may be required to meet the needs of the business Additional duties as assigned Education/Experience Qualifications: A minimum of a High School diploma is required. A Bachelor`s degree is preferred (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Engineering or equivalent) One (1) year of related experience is require, assuming education requirements are met. Two (2) or more years of related experience is preferred. Knowledge in SMT and BACKEND equipment, electrical, electromechanical, mechanical, motors, pumps, vacuum and hydraulics assemblies and use of measuring tools is preferred Additionally, the employee must successfully complete all internal training courses offered by the company necessary to do the job An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered. Other Qualifications: Reads, analyzes and interprets complex documents (electric schematics, drawings) The capacity to understand a range of engineering functions and procedures Intermediate Decision Making and Problem Solving Intermediate Diagnostic skills Service-oriented Intermediate CNC machine programming/operation skills Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Basic knowledge of computer-assisted design and drafting software (CADD) Work Environment: The work setting should consist of a production environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a medium noise level This document does not represent a contract of employment and is not intended to capture every possible assignment the incumbent could be asked to perform.
