eSourcing Execution Support - Domain Trainee – Russian in Bucuresti

Responsibilities • Collaborates internally within the company with members of the same team or of other teams in order to accomplish the alocated tasks;• Collaborates outside the company with client representatives, within the power of authority limits allocated by the direct manager;• Ensures that the process activities are carried-out in accordance with the solution agreed with the customer in the Design and Transition phase;• Proposes and implements the solution for new clients, acting as an SME for the process/processes.• Proposes, sets and implements the best operational practices across the team and ensures the homogenous and comprehensive knowledge among all the team members.• Designs transformation projects to deliver financial and productivity benefits to customer in accordance with the contractual clauses concluded with the client. •Presents the performance indicators in the operational reviews meetings, analyzes data & trends in the process, and continuously implements process improvement methodologies. •Ensures back-up versions for all team members as per the contractual requirements. •Providing training and preparing other team members with regards to the daily tasks whenever It is necessary or requested by the manager;•Developing implementation activities of new systems/applicable tools to the processes in scope.•Keeps a close collaboration with its homologous Pathfinders and Front Runners to be up to date with process and people related issues/initiatives or human resources that may have an impact on the customer•Participates to the external governance established with the internal stakeholders related to process. •Participated to different projects, initiatives within Genpact. •Support category managers by setting up and running sourcing events in Ariba.•Developing Auction Strategies.•Pure support function with deliverables driven by volume of sourcing events.Qualifications Required qualifications • Meaningful work experience in Procurement• Relevant experience in coordinating teams • Previous exposure to transformation and efficiency initiatives • Project Management skills with skills on time and budget control; • Relevant high tech industry knowledge (represents and advantage) • Sourcing and procurement generalist. • Experience in Ariba eSourcing and eAuctions. • Excellent Analytical skills and optimization algorithms.
