Facilities Technician I in Oradea

Purpose Statement: Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all facility systems and equipment to ensure that the facility is able to support all facets of production and production-related operations.Key Job Accountabilities:Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems, to include: electrical, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, compressed air, nitrogen, process vacuum, and refrigeration systems. Install electrical conduit and conductors, metal and plastic piping, and general hardware;Lead, perform and document preventive maintenance (PM) on all facility systems and equipment;Install electrical installations and conductors, metal and plastic pipes and general technical equipment;Support installation /removal of facility resources for production equipment;Support outside contractors on facility and equipment repairs;Documents the various checks by filling in forms or checklists as the case may be, at the necessary frequencies.Additional Accountabilities:Maintain adequate levels of departmental stock and tool inventory;Support maintenance and repair of facility telecommunication and security systems;Acknowledges and complies with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards provided in the procedures and instructions that are specific to each field, documentation that underlies the proper functioning of the integrated management system of quality, environment, safety and occupational health;Additional duties as assigned.Education/Experience Qualifications:A minimum of a(n) Associate’s degree is required; High-school degree is preferred.No experience is necessary. 1 year experience is preferred.An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.Other Qualifications: Trouble shooting skills and ability to test facility/building elements;Ability to use tools and equipment for facility repairs and installations and measurements;The employee must work safely at all times and maintain the confidentiality of all department, company, and customer information.Work Environment:The work setting should consist of an office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a low noise level.
