Finance Specialist in Orãştie

Job Description- Plan the project and ensure it remains aligned with ongoing business case;- Manage the project so that the expected end product is produced;- Delegate and monitor project roles;- Controls the project budget and project progress, evaluates all project initiatives as to feasibility, costs/benefits and added value, takes corrective actions when necessary and generates adequate reporting;- Present project plans & status updates to the Project Board for consensus & decision making;- Ensure relevant stakeholders remain informed, engaged and committed as per stakeholder analysis;- Directs employees and gives them operational guidance, both technically and organizationally (if applicable);- Reports on employees’ performance to the hierarchical superior of the employees for the purpose of appraisal and makes proposals for training (if applicable);Requirements- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, ideally in a related field (such as Finance, IT or business)- Experience in a similar rol- Progressive experience in Finance functional roles- Knowledgeable of project management methodologies. Experience with PRINCE2 is preferred    Experience with Lean Six Sigma is desired- Relevant experience in the process optimization and re-engineering domainBenefitsS.C.
