Ezugi is a company where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence and innovation are rewarded, and has built a reputation as a top employer for the Romanian development market.</p>Your key responsibilities✓ Responds to any incoming request from operators to check the games made by players on Ezugi platform and maintain contact with the operators to resolve and take the necessary measures if required✓ Responsible for checking the incidents reported by the studios, verifying their veracity and how they have been resolved✓ Perform real-time and daily analysis of player’s results✓ Perform real-time and daily analysis of tables result, operators, and players (no)✓ Perform (weekly) analysis of all roulette wheels, determining wheels that have a bias or numbers that come out of the accepted standards✓ Perform routine surveillance activities of the premises✓ Perform daily, weekly, monthly reports of activity✓ Fraud analyst operator will work through any incoming request from management to check for fraud activities performed by players and will report their findings✓ Provide specific support to users of the Ezugi platform, for the verification of suspicious activities of fraudulent nature✓ Knows in detail the systems made available by the Ezugi Company, in order to facilitate the reception of requests, communication and offering support, such as WorkETC, BO, SBO, Jira, etc✓ Informs the all Management about the special issues arising in connection with his / her duties, as well as any important issues related to Ezugi platform supervision and security✓ To check email account for any incoming error report from studios and to check the content of it✓ Review emails, pending tasks and previous shift comments from co-worker leaving the shift, to find out the latest updates✓ Actively monitor all games, when possible✓ Besides assigned Tasks and Special projects, there is a set of activities to be completed on a daily basis:• Open and log in to WorkETC• Open and log in to Skype professional account• Open and log in to Atlassian Jira tickets system• Review and acknowledge shift change report• Review issues attended during the last 24 hours• Confirm tickets are taken care of• Review and update daily issues log file✓ Communicate information to developers and other Ezugi engineers, using the established communication channel and reporting methodsRequirements✓ Fluent English✓ Solid knowledge about gambling (casino games, game rules, the math of the game, limits, etc)✓ Knowledge of fraud prevention and mitigation✓ Good PC skills, especially MySQL, VBA, Ms. Office, Tableau, Java✓ Data analysis skills to identify critical situations (BI skills)✓ Clear communicator, strong organization skills, flexible, confident in teamwork, fair, kind, ethical person✓ Surveillance experience is preferred
