As a Front-End Developer, you will work with a global team of front-end experts, ensuring the success of our services through ongoing support, coaching, mentorship and skills development of this extraordinary team. You will be a point of contact for subjects related to the Front-End practice, either to support internal teams by helping them define solutions and even training plans, as well as directly supporting our customers or partners from clarification sessions to troubleshooting challenging issues. How can you help?● Working on a range of different projects, adding real value with your front end coding capabilities● Support your team by defining and putting in place their individual development plans, defining their objectives and setting training plans.● Follow up with project teams to understand issues within the team and to help people and projects to overcome the topics at hand;● Work closely with the Head of Practices on strategic initiatives to promote the continuous improvement of his area of expertise.● Continuously support and maintain the structure of the delivered services, assuring they're aligned with the customers' needs. Main requirements● Good knowledge of front-end practices and technologies● HTML● CSS● JavaScript● Accessibility● Performance● SEO● Passionate about Front-End and eager to bring innovation to help our teams and customers.● Experience developing using the Outsystems Platform● People and customer-oriented● Good communicator with the ability to inspire teams and individuals● Ability to work across geographies and cultures● Fluency in English, written and spoken (mandatory).Nice to haveBenefits & Perks
