What you will enjoy doing
- You will run the entire production network of ASUs, HyCOs, Ecovars and PGP production plants in the cluster as well as to manage the logistics operation for bulk and PGP vehicles as well as interfaces to the sales agent network
- Further you will ensure the smooth operation of our customer engineering service
- In this role you will provide all general services to the operation covered by the service and support functions in the countries
- You will ensure compliance law, the corporate operational standards, as well as industry regulations
- Prepare and control the countries/cluster repair & maintenance and investment budget
What makes you great
- You have Engineering/Business/ Economy (Master, PhD) and a solid understanding of financials, ADR and permits of operation of our plants
- You have minimum 10 years in operational responsibility in gas, chemical or related industry
- Proven managerial track-record during turnarounds is an advantage
- You have a high level of personal integrity and the ability to develop and drive a modern and differentiated Operations strategy – both of which will help drive your decision making and the way you approach your role
