Connect to the future. Country: Romania (RO) City: PloiestiWorksite / Location: Ploiesti Job Function: Human Resources Job Discipline: HRBP Job Family: Human Resources Your responsibilities: Acts as Business and People Partner in assuring the balance between organization strategy and people experience inside Yazaki; Acts as Culture and Change Champion - contributes to building HR Programs linked with strategic goals and brings it to live; effectiveness measurement; In charge with management of the employees’ relations and all labor law related activities; Participates in all internal and external audits related HR; Coaches & guides employees though their entire business cycle - from onboarding and up until exit management, having always the primary focus to improve employees experience; Monitors personnel related KPIs, while providing support to Internal Stakeholders in defining and implementing actions to control the above mentioned in order to not jeopardize the activity; Implements the recruitment strategy; Manages the Annual Training Plan and updates it in line with legal requirements, customers request and management & employees ‘inputs; Responsible for the implementation and the effectiveness of training processes; Conflict mediation; Identifies/incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans; Coordinates general services for Employees; Requirements: University degree; English fluent; Drives results; Hands-on attitude; People Oriented; Active Listener; Customer focused; Microsoft Office Advanced User; Communication & Planning/Organizing; Business Understanding; Dealing with Conflict; Cooperation & Change Agility; Strategic Thinking; Cost awareness.
