About the job As Human Resources Business Partner you work closely and hands-on with the business and get exposure to stakeholders at all levels. You will provide guidance in complex HR matters to employees and managers through your knowledge of local labor law, primarily supporting the Marketing and Sales department. You will work closely with the HR team in Romania as well across the CEE region, consisting of local HRBPs, Talent & Learning, Reward, Internal Communication & Engagement, and Payroll. About you Your main responsibilities will be:Support the team leaders in the execution of yearly HR processes and organizational development.Provide support and guidance in HR-related queries from both managers and employees. Always ensuring correct measures and compliance according to Romanian legislation and Danone's business strategy.Continuously review and update HR processes and policies, proactively driving the HR function and agenda according to the CEE vision.Own HR data in the systems and ensure and execute accurate and timely processing of employee records, compiling employee-related reporting.Coordinate employee inductions and administrate onboarding together with the Talent & Learning team.Support as HRBP in recruitment processes and learning activities, with the business perspective in mind.Support working environment improvements and HR-related internal communication as well as other ad hoc projects as needed.In order to be successful you need to have:Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent2-5 years experience in a wide HR role, preferably in an international environmentKnowledge of Romanian labor law and experience in providing legal guidance connected to employment.Experience working in FMCG, retail, or other fast-moving industry is considered a merit.Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Great communication skills in Romanian and English, both verbal and written.Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in order to navigate a complex matrix organization.Experience working independently with confidence in your own skills, high integrity, communicating, and collaborating with all levels of the organization with ease.Team-player attitude with great interpersonal skills.
