If you are interested, APPLY Now! Responsibilities:• Oversees recruitment efforts in collaboration with department heads for all positions within the organization • Develops and implements strategy to address workforce gaps and forecast workforce needs; develops long term staffing plans in collaboration with leadership• Helps establish human resources objectives in line with the organization’s objectives • Helps develop, update, and implement human resources policies and procedures • Manage employee benefits program; recommends improvements to benefit program based on research • Oversees onboarding and orientation of new employees • Works with senior management to develop a positive workforce culture that supports employees and upholds Neighborhood Health’s values and mission • Coordinates employee appreciation and recognition programs • Develops Human Resources procedures and works with staff across organizations to implement procedures • Coordinates and helps implement an employee training program in coordination with senior leadership and managers • Administers compensation and benefits programs; establishes job classification system with the corresponding salary scale • Responsible for administering payroll in coordination with finance • Assure effective systems are in place to respond to employee concerns and supervisory issues and to proactively identify and address systematic problems related to the employee relations • Provides technical and operational support and guidance on human resources policy application and interpretation • Implement and coordinate grievance procedures relating to violations outlined in the employee handbook • Works with managers to implement termination and offboarding processes • Monitor, advise and act on disciplinary matters in accordance with established rules and procedures • Mediates conflict or secure appropriate mediation service as needed • Oversee performance appraisal program, provides appropriate tools and training to supervisory staff to complete appraisals and contribute to employee performance improvement. • Helps coordinate organization social activities Qualifications/Background Profile:• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, public administration or closely related field • Master’s degree in a related area and/or HR Certification or advanced training is strongly preferred • Minimum of six years of increasingly responsible • Human Resources administrative and supervisory experience • Must project and uphold the highest ethical standards and have demonstrated leadership ability • Fully proficient knowledge of state and federal employment law • Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and conflict mediation skills • Solid computer/technology skills • Researching, data collection, manipulation and reporting skills Qualified candidates should apply below AND call Sparks Group for additional details.
