The emphasis is on cutting edge technology and its viability in the business context. This is an important high visibility senior manager role that requires a potential candidate to liaise at the executive level and to be guided by the Chief Information Officer. Strategy creationUnderstand cutting edge technologies and their sourceAssemble market and customer insightWork with key stakeholders to develop roadmaps aligning technology and business opportunities.Lead strategy discussion and play a key role in developing an holistic technology centered strategyDisruptive innovation:Lead disruptive innovation projects as part of R&D and prepare for proof of concept submissions for business change projects Gathers market and customer insightLead concise communication channels to embed the importance of technology innovation within business units Measuring ValueCoordinate the evaluation of technology benefits Build the value proposition for our stakeholders Establish and communicate KPIs to key stakeholdersWork closely with appropriate streams to measure ROI and business impact Profile:Ideally 3 to 5 years in innovation/product development/marketing function experience in an international role. Masters degree level education, a plus if in relevant discipline (technology areas, marketing, economics, engineering )Experience in working with across all business units in an organisation Ideally experience with managing innovation across geographiesExperience with creating strategiesStrong collaborator and comfortable with interaction across multiple organisational levelsEnglish at fluent level Track record of leading/driving innovation programs successfullyCreative thinkingAnalytical skills and structured way of workingHighly customer focused Excellent communication skillsSelf starterWillingness to travel
