JOB DESCRIPTION As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will coordinate with various other members of the Commercial Team, including Key Account Managers, Regional Sales Managers & Solutions Sales Managers to unlock further revenue opportunities with both new and existing customers and ensure that the day-to-day activities of existing customers are completed efficiently and effectively. Gilbarco Veeder-Root (GVR) requires that all associates comply with the actual GVR HSE Policy, as well as the Vontier Standard of Conduct. You will be responsible for: Support Key Account Managers, Regional Sales Managers & Solutions Sales Managers by conducting order entry, managing the CRM platform, running training sessions for Distributors and helping to solve operational issues Directly manage customer relationships for sales tasks including securing routine orders, actively cross-selling/up-selling, renewing existing contracts & following-up on outstanding quotations Actively work to further develop distribution channels Conduct analysis on customer base to identify new opportunities (e.g., installed base age, current product offering, strategic goals, etc.) Work with cross-functional teams to set, administer & support market-wide promotions Work with cross-functional teams to launch product specific projects for customers Work closely with Marketing to follow-up on incoming leads, identify/contact new prospective clients, assist other members of the commercial team with detailed product knowledge & conduct voice-of-the-customer activities You will have proven experience of breaking down doors and growing accounts, this will enable you to effectively conduct customer research, market and database analysis, development of customer profiles, generating customer awareness and interest Proven track record of delivering growth over a sustained period of time with the ability to develop pipelines Have prior experience of developing propositions and be able to influence and negotiateWHO WE ARE The world depends on Gilbarco Veeder-Root products to stay moving.
