Progeco NExT offers high added value services in the following areas: Multidisciplinary engineering Project management and field assistance Inspection and shipping Training and Progeco NeXT Academy Technical recruitment Operation and maintenance Wind energy Our main goal is to better support our customers, becoming together with their protagonists in the energy transition process, involving the best resources in our team, aware of the quality of a company measured by the excellence and passion of the people who they are an integral part of it.In order to expand our staff in Romania, we’re currently looking for a: Inspector Desk Expeditor Main responsibilities: Scheduling and management of shop visits; Daily management of Vendors’ contacts in order to monitor supply status; Regularly issue reports on supplier process in order to monitor order status; Keep in contact with customers to update them on order status; Weekly management of customers’ status and data; End of month reporting; Desk-expediting activities. Excellent knowledge of English and Italian is required. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position. Previous experience in the Oil&Gas industry. Good knowledge of MS Office. Residence in Romania is preferred. Soft Skills: Precision. Good time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
