Inventory ControllerAbout this position:We are looking for an Inventory Controller that will maintain stock levels, maintain discrepancies in SAP, analysis and root cause for differences. This position interacts directly with different stakeholders with the aim to fulfill excellence and quality.Your Role:Weekly monitoring inventory evolution (especially WIP) for Ineu PlantRegular cleaning of WIP and ZM47 to avoid QPI / API impactUnderstanding and improvement (where necessary) QPI/API processMake sure QPI/API result is booked within one week after the countWork with the Team on analysis of findings and root causes after API and QPI; action plan identify and owners in resolving the issue that drive the GAPMonitoring Cycle Count performed by site and assure traceability and follow-upMonitoring Inventory analyst tasks – daily /weekly as per created routinesDevelop and implement process for inventory cleaning using SAP movement types in agreement with FI/COUnderstanding and monitoring Engineering Change impact on inventoryUnderstanding and monitoring Manufacturing process impact on inventoryMake reports for Finance adjustmentsMonitoring and process in SAP alternative usages of change lettersYour Background:Bachelor's DegreeInventory Management knowledgeKnowledge of Manufacturing processesKnowledge of Engineering processesExperience in logisticsVery good SAP skillsStrong interpersonal skillsGood command in EnglishProblem solving: Working to identify, define and solve problems, which includes making decisions about the best course of actionAttention to Detail: Take care for the details, stay organized, ensuring excellent business supportTeam Player: Collaborate within a team environmentCuriosity: A willingness to learn and understand new content & conceptsSome see differences.
