IT ManagerAdecco Professional Placement is looking for its client, an important and prestigious multinational company in Ploiesti, an IT Manager.Job profileInfrastructure and business application operation:•Responsible for the ordering and rollout of new location infrastructure, do the lifecycle management;•Perform the setup, configuration and integration of local infrastructure components;•Responsible for the setup of monitoring and event management for local components;•Accountable and responsible in the analysis of alerts and defining corrective actions;•Responsible for the capacity management of local infrastructure;•Responsible for local change requests, logging and implementing the changes;•Responsible for the documentation of local infrastructure and local business applications;•Ensure local business application tests and drive the software packaging process;•Accountable for maintaining local business applications (e.g. DB reorg, patch mgmt, backup);•Manage server room cabling and protection (fire, water).Onsite support services and IT service management duties:•Provide 1st and 2nd level end user support;•Classification and prioritization of incidents in regards of impact and (urgency) criticality;•Perform investigation and diagnosis of incidents, finding root cause or forwarding to third party or CIT;•Support the business in delivering workarounds or run the escalation of incidents;•Categorization and prioritization of problems, Problem diagnosis and resolution;•Ensure, measure and increase customer satisfaction;•Provide IT trainings to the business according CIT guidelines;•Grant access to IT facilities and maintain the stock of IT equipment;•Responsible for the fulfilment of tasks (service requests) and the related monitoring of the SLA.Organizational responsibilities:•Manage contracts for maintenance and local services including 3rd party relationship;•Accountable for the execution of security policies and to be compliant to the company guidelines;•Contribute on or run local part of group wide CIT projects;•Bring location requirements and demands up to regional or CIT level.Financial responsibilities:•Supports the IT Infrastructure budget process of his location;•Responsible for local IT sourcing following the CIT procurement policies.Candidate profile•IT related studies or comparable practical experience (Min. 5 years);•Excellent knowledge of IT service operations and support processes;•Excellent knowledge in IT infrastructure and application management;•Profound ITIL knowledge and qualified to ITIL v3 Foundation level;•Consequent service delivery orientation, understand the business process;•Wide ranging IT experience (End user workplace mgmt., enterprise IT, MS Dynamics,…) ;•Basic knowledge of automation systems;•Advanced level of English;•Pronounced analytical and planning skills coupled with a process-oriented way of working;•Good communication and coordination strength;•Ability to work in an international multicultural team, social competencies;•Ability to work under pressure as well as result orientated;•Personality as well as creativity in thinking and acting.
