Position Summary:
The TA Specialist (Senior IT Recruiter) is a true advisor to the business and works closely together with the Hiring Managers to make sure the recruitment needs are met in due time and within expected quality.
Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of recruitment for senior resources in software development in Romania within budget and quality
- Works with management and HR to implement consistent processes, tools and metrics that support timely and quality recruiting
- Coaches relevant stakeholders in regards to best practices in recruitment to achieve the best result possible
- Ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and advocates the need for it towards all involved parties
- Proactively ensures strong pipelines are built for relevant profiles
- Manages recruiting projects within different functional areas and brings them to a successful end
- Drives best-in-class practices in the areas of managing external vendors, partnerships, active branding, networks, social media, and other recruitment approaches
- Permanently gains market intelligence and generates ideas to increase the employer attractiveness
- Undestands the business needs and correctly manage expectations whilst constantly keeping an eye on future developments
- Supports the Talent Acquisition Manager towards creating and meeting recruiting targets, and is able to supply data-driven information that can be shared with the business
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting with technology focus, particularly software developers with C/C++ background
- Demonstrated ability to coach Hiring Managers in making the best decisions possible
- Experience in managing the full in-house recruitment cycle, from need identification to offer negotiation
- Strong relationship building skills with all relevant parties involved in the recruitment process
- Excellent active sourcing and recruiting project management skills
- Established industry network and strong networking abilities in Romania
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills in both Romanian and English necessary

- Solid negotiation skills
- Problem solving attitude, and strong drive and follow-up skills to bring hiring to closure
- Balanced combination of long-term thinking and pragmatic approach
