Make it happen.Support our IT organization in meeting all internal and external governance and compliance requirementsImplement and optimize IT standards, procedures, systems and processesProvide IT training and support in a proactive manner throughout the organizationEngaging actively with the other departments in order to find out their real needs and identify possible value add processes and activitiesBe responsible for and continuously improve the onboarding and support experience of new users in regard to the IT environmentCommunicate, when needed, with external suppliers/partners and internal clients (the other departments in the company) for different kind if IT issues (helpdesk support, hardware and software requests, infrastructure issues/requests, etc)Coordinate IT projects when necessaryMonitor issues and prioritize users requestsDocument the issues that you deal with on a daily basis into the ticketing systemCreate and maintain support & HowTo articles for the IT colleagues and sometimes also for the other departments in the companyEnsure that tickets/issues are correctly forwarded to the correct person/team / Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnelProvide first or second-level support for all users with hardware, software and application issues;Participate in sharing the know-how (discussions, input towards documentation, training end users).
