Tasks Project and order creation using SAP CRM and SD Monitoring of the timely time recording on the projects as well as all billing relevant information Support in the monthly contract or performance-related invoicing of projects Central contact point for consulting services within the operational processing of orders Close cooperation with Finance & Administration Germany Preparation of special evaluations and reports Participation in monthly and year-end closing process Promote the continuous improvement process within the division and participate in internal projects Qualifications Successfully completed studies in economics, a comparable course of studies or a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship At least 2 years of professional experience in a sales back office or in accounts receivable or project accounting - ideally in the consulting industry or in project business Ideally - SAP knowledge (especially SD) Safe handling of MS Office Good command of German and English Strong team and communication skills At a Glance MHP is a leading international management and IT consultancy.
