What you will do
Your responsibilities will include the regular recruitment activities, to specify a few:
- End-to-end recruitment from role opening to offer acceptance (demand management & clarification, building a pipeline, candidate assessment, interview scheduling, offer management, etc)
- Covering roles part of GEP’s Managed Services portfolio (strategic & operational procurement)
- Eexecuting recruitment marketing activities (events, campus recruitment ectivities, etc)
- Partnering up with business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities & drive recruitment projects
- Participation in firm-building activities
What you should bring

- We expect you to have interest in recruitment as a field
- Linked In will be your best friend in this role, so we would like you to have a positive approach to it & be willing to develop your direct sourcing skills
- Strong sense of ownership, to your work and the company
- Ability to drive recruitment and other projects in an ambiguous environment
- Desire to excel and to be creative
- Fluency in English
- Affinity towards data – no need to have amazing Excel or reporting skills, but we would like you to have a positive attitude to numbers
