Junior Recruiter/Sourcer in Bucuresti

Job Description At ANTAL we welcome other EU nationalities and people who are ready to grow their own recruitment business, in time. As a Junior Recruiter/Sourcer, within ANTAL ROMANIA, you will be a highly motivated individual who is responsible for supporting the recruitment efforts focused on the day-to-day and strategic goals of the Company. This position executes responsibilities in the following areas: recruitment and sourcing, resume review/phone screens, tracking/organizing data, employee integration, and general Human Resources duties.

Requirements:

  • 0 – 3 year experience;
  • If you are a student in your final year or a graduate with a BS in Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources – would be appreciated;
  • Passion and affinity towards the recruitment sector and/or want to learn more on how to be a recruiter;
  • Research/sourcing skills;
  • Good organizational skills;
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, able to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities;
  • Ability to deliver results and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects/requisitions and candidates;
  • Advanced level Microsoft Office skills needed (Word, Excel & Outlook) along with internet research capabilities;
  • English is a must (B2/C1 level).
  • Responsibilities:

  • Write and post technical job descriptions;
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms;
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes;
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities;
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions);
  • Collaborating with team members to understand positions and recruiting needs;
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates;
  • Keep up-to-date with all the sectors;
  • Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reporting.
