Your tasks:1st point of contact for onboarding of new suppliers according to Kromberg & Schubert processes and requirementsTrack and manage supplier database in terms of quality certifications, questionnaires or other relevant documentationReporting and updating relevant Supplier and Risk ManagementManagement specific requests from Global Buyers Your strengths: Ability to work in a matrixed organisationHands on approach in terms of handling tasks, must be comfortable talking directly to internal & also external interested partiesEnglish proficiency is a must, German is a plusExcellent command of MS Office package and/or PCs/ERP SystemsUniversity degree in Economics or Technical fieldProfessional & positive attitudeExperience with managing suppliers with multiple locations worldwideWillingness to learn, develop & think outside the box
