Specifically, you will be required to: Provide supervision and functional and application management of insurance services and take charge of Level 2 requests; Take charge of incident management and acces requests management in conjunction with his team leader and the other teams involved in the process; Ensure punctual interventions to limit technical malfunctions; Ensure the processing of requests for everyday acts and other ad hoc operating requests; Ensure the production of monitoring indicators for the insurance services within its scope; Ensure the implementation and updating of operational documentation related to the activity; Ensure the drafting of appropriate reports to his manager
