We have an opportunity for a Lean Process Excellence Specialist for EMEA region to join our Honeywell BuildingTechnologies team in Germany (or Hungary/Romania). The purpose of this position is to provide leadership and technical expertise within the Honeywell Accelerator (HOS) to drive process excellence, whilst directly reporting tothe Process Excellence Leader EMEA & AMER.Location: The rolecould be based in our Honeywell sites in Neuss (Germany), Lugoj (Romania) or in Nagykanisza (Hungary).Reporting to: Process ExcellenceLeader EMEA & AMERMain responsibilities: Accountable for managing and executing Honeywell Accelerator (HOS) Site Calibrations and Process Excellence assessments, develop gap closure plans and partnering with the sites to close the identified gapsMentoring Site Integrated Supply Chain Leaders and other Steering team members in the elements of the Honeywell Accelerator (Lean Production System)Support strategic projects like major transitions and Supply Chain improvementsCommunicate and share best practices within the teams and other sitesWork directly with the site resources to maintain tracking systems as a living storyboard, ensuring it is always up to date.Report monthly on highlights within the sites and create leadership standard work.Partner with Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning/Cycle Time to drive company-specific initiatives.Requirements: Bachelor Degree Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent requiredBlack Belt or Lean Expert certified7-10 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing or logistics environment (Engineering or Operations Management background preferred)Progressive leadership experience, demonstrating strong business acumen and influencing skills; People management skills; Lean or Six Sigma experience; Strong coaching, mentoring and influencing skills.Basic understanding of the end to end business processes from customer order to supply base, with experience in value stream mapping, lean methodologies, material planning.Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and drive process excellence.Demonstrated project management experience and ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly matrixed organization.Track record of achieving results in challenging assignments Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present up to and including Executive level.Fluent in English Ability and willingness to travel up to 50-75% (mainly EMEA, potentially Asia)We offer:A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovation.Market specific training and ongoing personal development.Career growth opportunities.Experienced leaders to support your professional development.International work environment.If this is your dream role, then we'd love to hearfrom you.
