Responsibilities and objectives
Receiving orders from the customers, sales engineers & service dept.
Process all requests, offers & orders through SAP
Process distributor’s orders in Shop on Line
Process Indent orders
Goods delivery (equipment sales & direct spare parts sales)
Follow up and implement all custom laws & procedures in line with Romanian legislation
Tracking goods and communicate with customers concerning any updates
Checking stock availability and price for customers, sales engineers and service requests
Responsible to maintain defined minimum stock level (MRP)
Handling the surplus return list for each division
Handling scrap for each division – SAP BKU Logistics
Experience requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role within Service Operations
Knowledge
SAP-Advanced
MS Office-Advanced
Excellent command of Romanian language and very good command of English
Educational requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ or Logistics/ or Economics/ or Engineering or similar
Personality requirements
High professional ethics and supporting behavior

Strong customer focus & proactiveness
Self-motivated, self-organized, energetic with high level of responsibility and loyalty
