From state-of-the-art digital rail control, to infrastructure and electrification projects, along with metro trains and the long-term maintenance of the metro fleet in the country’s capital city Bucharest, Alstom is constantly making a difference in the mainline and urban rail transport in Romania.Through the diversity and complexity of its projects, Alstom is a very attractive employer for the young generations of Romanian specialists, giving them a unique chance to professionally grow in an international environment with access to worldwide knowledge and capabilities.Overview:The Maintenanace Operator / Locksmith position, reporting direct to Depot Team Manager will have the following responsibilities:Performs preventive and corrective maintenance for metro train flees according with the working instructions in force.Overview:    • Comply with the operating instructions and complete / sign the self-inspection or self-inspection files or the maintenance approval sheets for  trains and sub-processes;• Detects and fixes train defects with the best quality results;• Ensure the accuracy of documents (PV, FIN, self-check and autocontrol document, notice sheet, work instructions, defective notification) and provide information during the shift.• Communicates to the hierarchical manager any suggestions to improve train maintenance and launches it in the suggestion sheet from the APSYS dashboard.• Perform maintenance and repairs to TEM components and subassemblies• Comply with the working instructions• Uses approved metrology devices and testers• Uses approved and up-to-date technical documentation• It is responsible for the quality of the executed works and the compliance with the deadlines• Complete and sign the records / measurement records• Uses tools and special devices in the maintenance process• Respect and conform to the company's EHS procedures as well as those specific to the workplace and apply the protection environmental rules.• Participate in ensuring and maintaining cleanliness in the premises of the unit• Communicates to hierarchical manager any suggestion that leads to improvement of activity.  Experience & Qualification:Technical medium level education;Specialized knowledge in area of activity - mechanics/ locksmithExperience in rolling stock maintenance is an advantage Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility.
